My name is Detective Williams for the New York City Police Department. I was sent to solve a case of potentially connected murders.
Four people were murdered in a trailer park in the outbacks of Albany. My orders are to gather any evidence relating to The Cult, and find any possible motivations.
The Tome is a PSX-style horror game with an emphasis on exploration and atmosphere.

This was pretty fun! Spooky, a little unnerving and just the right length for small scale indie horror. It might be worth adding some sort of small particle effect to item pick ups to help make them more visible, but that's a fairly small nitpick.

This was nice and short! I am aware i may have pronounced the title wrong, I was tired as I do work nights lol.

Surprisingly immersive atmosphere and good execution.
For the game jam, this is a sublime project. It showcases effort, hard work and I genuinely enjoyed my time with it. Some aspects of the story are a bit ambiguous and the interaction seems a bit buggy, for me, otherwise, you have a solid game.
